The Pre Retirement Pack
This document acts as the cornerstone of our annuity service. It is packed with market data and contains everything needed for the member to assess their needs. Once the member selects the shape of annuity we will be able to issue a guaranteed lifetime annuity income offer to them. It has been designed to break down the range of options they have into small sections which can be assessed in isolation or in conjunction with others – side by side.
If the member opts to receive advice from an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), the pack is an effective tool for them to assess the lifetime annuity shape they would have selected alongside any alternative product recommended.
Online Support
The Online Annuity Assistant is a unique application which is designed to enable the user to identify the annuity options which are most relevant to them. Access is granted through the Pre Retirement pack and is an effective complementary method of finding the right shape of annuity. It also enables the user to supply the medical and lifestyle information to get higher income offers and submit their choices to us. It is completely tailored to take into account the member's details and will take account of market changes right up to the point at which they make their selection.
